Chapati with Mutton Liver

Wash and clean the mutton liver thoroughly.

Heat oil in a pressure cooker. Once hot, add cumin seeds, dried red chili, and bay leaf. Sauté, then add onions. When the onions turn golden, add the spices and sauté well. Add the liver and cook.

Cover and cook the liver well. Add water if needed.

To make chapati, knead the flour into a soft dough and let it rest for 10 minutes.

Take a portion of dough, dust with dry flour, and roll it into a thin circle on a rolling board.

Once the skillet is hot, place the rolled dough on it. Lightly cook one side, then cook the other side until slightly darker.

Finish puffing the chapati directly over the flame. Prepare all chapatis this way and brush with ghee if desired.

Chapati with mutton liver is ready to serve.
