Pluck the leaves from stems. rinse well and drain excess water.

Cook the leaves in a pan until softened. drain excess water with the help of a hand.

Add boiled mashed potatoes green chili salt ajwain hing and mix well prepared a stuffing.

Put wheat flour in the large bowl and add water salt and ajwain and knead the dough rest in 5 minutes.

Now make a small ball and roll it small roti. place the bathua mixture in the center and fold all sides and make a ball.

Roll the ball with the help of wheat flour and a rolling pin.

Heat the Tawa and take the paratha and Cook both sides golden brown.

Bathua paratha is ready to serve with chutney and dahi.
