Ingredients

makes 1.25C
  • 0.25 Cpeanut (or other) oil
  • 0.25 Crice wine (or other) vinegar
  • 3 Twhite miso
  • 1 Tsesame oil
  • 2carrots, cut into big pieces
  • 1" piece ginger, sliced

Steps

  1. 1

    Put everything in a food processor and pulse a few times to chop the carrots. Then run for a minute until chunky smooth. Taste and adjust with salt and pepper. Refrigerate to store. Use to dress salads, chickpeas, or grains.
