Today, posting too late but I am waiting for the, special day to celebrate with my husband today.. Not for competition but very well tasty cake and my wine came.. So I want to share with, you all.. In this special day.. We have all enjoyed with my family with fun games &lot of music enjoyed after a very long gap.. One month before I started beetroot banana wine preparation. Turned to be very tasty perfect blend.. My husband and my son appreciated my skill of preparation of wine.. #Valentine 22#

First take a wheat flour seive it keep it separately.

Take, ragi flour one cup. Mix with your atta flour.

Then take baking powder, cooking soda, little bit of it mix with the two ragi, wheat flour.. Keep the glass vessel away. Then step we will prepare for the next step..

Take two eggs beat with melted butter, milk, coconut milk, refined oil and milk. Everything one by one, beat in egg beater. Fir 3minutes..when everything bled nicely. Then pour the mix into your dried batter everything mix well add your vanilla essence, red food colour and mix your beetroot puree everything completely, blend with your wooden spatula in one direction. Do not forget to add your buttermilk it is main magic your cake will be so soft. Add your brown sugar also.

All the materials you mixed well when your materials will be in a dropping stage to the ribbon form will be arrived then your cake will be, very soft...

Please do not forget to dec orate with cut cashew nut, pista, badam and dragon fruit..I have baked in micro oven high 900 high speed for 14minutes...
