Peel and cut potatoes into cubes, cut cottage cheese also in cubes.

Heat a pan, add oil, and butter. Add green cardamoms, cumin seeds, and cloves, let them crack. Add g-g paste. Saute for 1 minute, add onion paste. Saute till golden in colour.

Add all powdered spices except garam masala powder. Stir, if needed add 1-2spoon water. Add chopped tomatoes, stir. Add salt and 1 cup water. Cover and cook on a medium flame for 4-5minutes.

Add potatoes, stir a few times. Add 1/2cup water and cook on low heat till potatoes are soft.

Add curd,saute. Add cottage cheese cubes,garam masala powder and 1/4cup water.

Cover and simmer for 3-4minutes.

Add Kasuri methi, garnish with coriander leaves. Serve with naan/parathas
