Rice and pulses should be washed well and soaked in water for 2 hours.
Put oil in the pan. When the oil is hot, fry the potatoes and eggs with salt and turmeric powder. - 2
Now fry for 30 seconds in the same oil with bay leaves, dried chili, cumin, small cardamom, cloves, cinnamon, and add chopped onion.

If the onion is brown in color, add ginger garlic paste, tomato slices, and salt to taste.
Once the tomatoes are soft, add turmeric powder, chili powder, Kashmiri chili powder, and cumin powder one by one. - 4
If oil is released from the spices, mix it well with rice, pulses, fried potatoes, eggs soaked in water and cover it with hot water for 20 minutes on low heat.

When the rice, potatoes, pulses are all boiled and the water is dry, spread the sugar (optional), royal hot spice powder, and Serve hot.

Note: - Do not use normal/cold water, if you need water, you must use hot water.
