Corn palak curry
Steps

Blanched palak & make paste. Garlic, ginger & tomato also grind & prepare masala.

Now add ghee in a pan & roast masala on mid flame. Add dry spices, salt & corn.

Roast till oil leaves & corn cooked. At last add palak puree & cook it for 5 to 6 minutes. If required add some water.

Now saag is ready add some cream & garnish with white butter.

For blanch palak first boil for 3 to 4 min & recently transfer into chilled water.
