When the water in the pan is boiling, add the chicken. Turn off the heat, cover and wait 45 minutes

Grate the Japanese radish

Cut the ginger into long thin strips

Cut the spring onions

Add the say sauce to the squeezed lemon. I like to add pulp

After 45 minutes, cut up the chicken and make sure it's cooked through

Take the ingredients on the plate and pour the sauce over them
