Kumroo Boti (Bangladesh)
This is my grandmom's recipe, simple but tasty.
Steps

Heat mustard oil in a pan. Now fry the onion seed / kalanji in oil for 20 seconds, then added in the crushed garlic and onion slices.

If onion and garlic turn brown, mix it well with pumpkin, salt to taste, turmeric powder and chilli and cover.

When the pumpkin is boiled and fried, mix it well with sugar and serve with hot rice / chapati.
