Ingredients

2 peoples
  • 500 gmpumpkin cut into cubes
  • 1large onion cut into slices
  • 10 clovescrushed garlic
  • 4slit green chilli
  • 3 tablespoonsmustard oil
  • 1/4 teaspoononion seed/kalanji
  • 1/2 teaspoonturmeric powder
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1 teaspoonsugar

  1. 1

    Heat mustard oil in a pan. Now fry the onion seed / kalanji in oil for 20 seconds, then added in the crushed garlic and onion slices.

  2. 2

    If onion and garlic turn brown, mix it well with pumpkin, salt to taste, turmeric powder and chilli and cover.

  3. 3

    When the pumpkin is boiled and fried, mix it well with sugar and serve with hot rice / chapati.
