Mix all-purpose flour and corn flour with 1tsp salt, 1/2 tsp turmeric powder and 1tsp pepper. Add some water to make it a thick batter

Cut the paneer into cubical pieces and add them to batter

Start the air fryer at 175 degrees for 10minutes. After pre-heating for 2minutes, add the paneer pieces from batter to air fryer

Flip the pieces in air fryer after 5 minutes. Spray some oil on pieces. Remove the pieces from air fryer after 5 minutes

Heat a pan and add 1tsp oil. Once the oil heats, add cumins seeds and funnel seeds

Add garlic pieces, ginger pieces to the above oil. Once they get fried add chopped onions. Once the onions fry, add 1/2 tsp cumin powder, 1/2 tsp coriander powder, 1/4 tsp turmeric powder, salt to taste

Add tomato ketchup once the onions fry

Once the ketchup heats, add fried paneer pieces to the pan and fry it for 2minutes and serve it hot
