Steps

Firstly, for sugar syrup take sugar and water in a pan.

Stir and mix well untill sugar is melt

Make one string (ek taar) ki chashni.

For boondi
In large bowl take besan n add water.mix well and make flowing batter without any lumph.beat for 5 minute. - 5
Take ghee in kadhai n heat it.Ti prepare boondi,pour the batter over skimmer or grater keeping oil hot.

Stir continuously until the boondi turn crisp.

Collect the boondi n drained off the ghee completely.

Transfer the boondi in warm sugar syrup and dip completely.

Cover and rest for 1hour.

Drain off excess syrup.meethi or sweet boondi is ready to serve
