Steps

Heat the pan and add ghee. When the ghee is hot, fry it with semolina.

If the semolina is light brown in color, milk should be added to it.

When the milk boils, sugar should be added to it and it should be stirred constantly.
When the milk is dry, mix it well with pre-fried cashew nuts, raisins, small cardamom powder with semolina, garnish it with cherries and serve cold.
