Thaw the frozen crab sticks and marinate with rice wine, black pepper, and salt. Cut the green onion into sections, slice the chili pepper diagonally (diagonal cuts make it spicier), chop the garlic as desired, and julienne the ginger.

Heat a pan with some oil, then add the ginger, garlic, and chili pepper in that order to release their aroma.

Add the crab sticks and stir-fry briefly, then add the seasonings (salt, chicken bouillon powder, mirin). Stir-fry until almost dry, then add the green onion sections. Before removing from heat, add a little black vinegar and sesame oil, then serve.

For extra spiciness, add more black pepper for a fragrant and appetizing dish.
