Slice the garlic and sauté in low temperature oil. When it is fragrant, add sliced pork.

When it is cooked, add the kimchi and Nam pla and stir-fry further.

When the kimchi is warm and the water has evaporated, it's ready!
You can decorate it with chopped spring onions. - 4
Note: Japanese kimchi has a strong umami of fish, so soy sauce is used for cooking, but kimchi available in the UK has a weak umami of fish, so using a nam pla makes it more delicious.
