Ingredients

  1. White rice (shinkafar tuwo)
  2. Little normal rice(cooked)
  3. Yeast
  4. Baking powder
  5. Sugar to taste
  6. Salt to taste
  7. Veg. Oil

Cooking Instructions

    Wash and soak rice overnight, in the morning wash rice again add in cooked rice, yeast and blend till smooth

    Add water to adjust the thickness then place in a warm place to rise

    Add in sugar, baking powder, salt, onion and stir well

  4. 4

    Heat the masa pan add some veg oil in each section of the pan.

  5. 5

    Scoop the masa batter and let it cook till golden brown then turn the other side and allow it to cook till golden brown again.

    Serve (I serve mine with miyan taushe). Enjoy😋😋
