Steps

Place plastic wrap on the bowl and place 1 pinch salt, rice, and ingredients in that order.
You can put a little rice on top at the end to wrap up the ingredients. - 2
Wrap it in a wrap and gently hold it in a triangle.
Please do not crush the rice grains. - 3
Wrap in nori.
If you can't close the nori, you can use a little rice grain as a glue. - 4
Freshly made, it's crispy and moist over time.
I decorated it with a little salmon flake to show what's inside.
