Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoonsalmon flakes
    Samon flakes
  • 120 gcooked japonica rice
    Steamed Japonica rice
  • 1 pinchdelicious salt
  • 1nori: sea weed

Steps

  1. 1

    Place plastic wrap on the bowl and place 1 pinch salt, rice, and ingredients in that order.
    You can put a little rice on top at the end to wrap up the ingredients.

  2. 2

    Wrap it in a wrap and gently hold it in a triangle.
    Please do not crush the rice grains.

    Wrap in nori.
    If you can't close the nori, you can use a little rice grain as a glue.

    Freshly made, it's crispy and moist over time.
    I decorated it with a little salmon flake to show what's inside.
