Ingredients

15 minutes
2 people
  • 1Wood apple (ripe)
  • 2 tsp.Sugar
  • 2 glasscold water
  • 4 tsp.Curd
  • as required Ice cube (as required)

Steps

15 minutes
  1. 1

    Take pulp from Wood apple. Mix 1 cup water with it. Mash it well.

    Strain it & remove the seeds.

    Then add sugar & curd with it. Mix it in blender. Then add cold water & mix it well. Freeze it for 10 minutes. Now Smoothie is ready to be serve. Garnish with mint leaves.
