In one pan put sugar, cardamom powder, saffron and water.boil till one thread consistency. - 2
Remove from fire keep aside.

In another bowl add all-purpose flour,corn flour, yogurt

And add vinegar, baking soda and make batter beat lightly for 4-5 mnts.

The batter should have flowing consistency.

Take icing bag. Fill it with batter.
Make hole by cutting the tip of bag - 7
Heat oil in pan. Now make spiral
Shape from batter by squeezing the bag. - 8
Fry on medium heat till golden brown in colour.

Remove the jalebi and immediately put in warm sugar syrup.

Dip about in mnt. Remove and keep in plate.

Serve hot or cold any time.
