Dry roast each n everything separately.

Make fine powder for dry fruits separately not include kismis.
Powder for all khaskhas gund
(If you get pieces for gund in market thn first make it’s powder thn roast) - 3
Now take a thick bottom vok. Heat it.

Add flour n dry roast till it become golden brown

Add rest of the ingredients one by one n mix

Add ghee to mix well

When it all get mix well n you find it properly roasted. Add jeggery powder or sugar mix well.

Your hot healthy panjiri is ready. If you want you can give shape for burfi or Laddoo.
