Ingredients

2-3 hrs
4 servings
  • 500 gmwheat flour
  • 250 gmghee
  • 250 gmdry fruits of choice
  • 50 gmGund(it’s very helpful in back pain)
  • 50gm Khaskhas
  • 100-150gm raw turmeric (Amba haldi)
  • 350-400 gmSugar/jaggery powder
  • as required Maskmelon seeds optional
  • 100 gmPhool makhana

Steps

2-3 hrs
  1. 1

    Dry roast each n everything separately.

    Make fine powder for dry fruits separately not include kismis.
    Powder for all khaskhas gund
    (If you get pieces for gund in market thn first make it’s powder thn roast)

    Now take a thick bottom vok. Heat it.

  4. 4

    Add flour n dry roast till it become golden brown

  5. 5

    Add rest of the ingredients one by one n mix

  6. 6

    Add ghee to mix well

  7. 7

    When it all get mix well n you find it properly roasted. Add jeggery powder or sugar mix well.

  8. 8

    Your hot healthy panjiri is ready. If you want you can give shape for burfi or Laddoo.

  9. 9

    Enjoy it any time for any age group
