Ingredients

1 serving
  • Whole coconut,
  • 2 eggs,
  • sugar
  • 2spoons coconut flavour

Steps

1hr30minutes
  1. 1

    Remove the brown back of coconut and use the white only

  2. 2

    Grate the coconut

  3. 3

    Remove the egg yolk and whisked the white one

  4. 4

    Sieve it and leave it like 30seconds then put the egg yolks

  5. 5

    Mixed them well
    Then refrigerate it

  6. 6

    Blend the coconut with the sugar

  7. 7

    Serve
