1small savoy cabbage, washed and finely chopped
leavesmixed salad
HandfulPitted black olives
Feta cheese
HandfulRaisins
Almond flakes
Pickled cucumber slices (used japanese pickled cucumber - kyuri zuke)
Dressing
Generous drizzle Olive oil
1 tablespoonpomegranate molasses
2 tablespoonsbalsamic vinegar

Mix all the salad ingredients but keep the cheese for the end

Mix the dressing ingredients, taste and adjust as you like. Pour over the salad, toss, add feta cheese crumbles, slightly toss and serve
