So this is the first time I’ve ever tested gurasa in my life and guess what I made it myself and it tastes good😋
Steps
- 1
Mix the flour, sugar, salt and yeast in a clean bowl
- 2
Add 1 1/2 cups warm water and the mixture shouldn’t be too water and not hard (you might not add all the water, so don’t add it at one go)
- 3
Cover it with a cling film or a kitchen cloth and keep it in a warm place (I kept mine under the sun) and leave it to rise for about 30 mins
- 4
Use a nonstick pan to roast it (don’t add oil and make sure your pan is nonstick) scoop it with your hand and spread it on the pan. Cover it for about 3 mins and turn it to the other side and cover it.
- 5
Cut it into chuncks. Add veg oil, kuli kuli, pepper flakes, maggi, cabbage onions and tomatoes
- 6
Mix everything together and your gurasa is ready
