Steps

Take 100gms salted butter and 100 gms sugar powered in a bowl. Beat it till the butter becomes light and fluffy.

Take 120 gms maida, 4 tbsp vanilla flavoured custard powder, 1/2 tsp baking powder, 1/4 tsp baking soda. Seive and add to the butter. Mix. Add 1/4 cup tuti fruti, 2 tbsp chopped cashew nuts,1/2 tsp Pineapple essence. Mix well.

Try to make a roll. If needed you can add 1 to 2 tbsp milk.

Roll in cling wrap and keep in fridge for half hour. After half hour take out of fridge. Remove cling wrap and slice into half centimeter thick slices. Keep on baking tray lined with parchment paper and bake in a preheated oven for 15 to 17 minutes at 170degrees.

Remove from oven and allow it to cool to room temperature. Then remove the biscuits from the tray.
