Vrat Special Pattice

Today I have made tasty delicious vrat Special Pattice.
Steps

For Filling -
In a plate add chopped cashew nuts, sendha namak, raisins, chopped coriander leaves, chopped green chillies, grated coconut and mix everything properly, keep aside. - 2
For Dough -
In a plate add mashed potatoes, sendha namak, sabudana powder and knead it properly until everything comes together into a smooth dough, keep aside. - 3
For Assembling Vrat ka Pattice -
Take a portion of the potato dough and spread in the hands and then add a heaped spoonful of the filling in the centre and close it up. Now give it a proper tikki shape then roll in the desiccated coconut properly, as shown in fig. - 4
Now heat ghee in a pan and place the prepared Pattice and fry them until golden brown and crispy from both sides on medium heat

Remove and serve with some curd or vrat ki chutney.
