Sabudane khichdi
Steps

Heat oil in a kadhai, add grated ginger saute for few seconds.
Add lightly mashed potatoes and saute till lightly golden brown in color. - 2
Add chopped coriander leaves, and chopped green chillies, and keep cooking in medium high heat.
Add soaked tapioka (sabudane) and reduced the flame and saute it constantly add lime juice,
add black pepper powder and as needed black salt. - 3
Now add grinded peanuts and mix evenly everything carefully and cook to continue.

Cook the khichdi till the sabudane is well cooked.

It is the perfect recipe of Shiv Aradhana.
