4 servings

1small cauliflower
2Simla mirchi,
1 Cup green peas,
5-6.tomatoes
4-5Potatoes
2 tbsp Kashmiri lal mirchi, Badshah pav bhaji masala each
2finely chopped onions
.8-10 garlic petals
2 tbsp oil.
1 tbsp butter for garnishing

Pressure cook veggies & potatoes. Mash them.

In pan add oil, add onions, garlic.

Saute 5 minutes.Add mirchi, pav bhaji masala-powder.Saute 5 minutes.

Add veggies. Cover the lid. Cook 10 minutes.

Garnish with coriander, butter.
