Eggless chocolate ganache cake

Mix all dry ingredients and sieve it for 2 times. Now add oil to it.

Grease mould and line up with butter paper.preheat OTG on 180 degree for 10 minutes.

Now add 3/4 cup water gradually to the cake mixture.with cut and fold method combine it well.

Pour this mixture to mould and bake it for 30 minutes. In double boiler add fresh cream and dark chocolate. Mix well your Ganache is ready.

Allow cake to cool down completely. Divide in three layer. Moist it with sugar syrup. Now spread ganache on each layer.

Cover outer layer with ganache as well. Coat base of the cake with sugar decoratives. Now take whip cream. Whip it till stiff pick.

Add food colour to it. Decorate cake as per your choice. This cake is for people who don't like creamy cream. It tastes yum.refrigrate it for 30 minutes and relish on it
