First pour the Pillsbury Vanilla Cake from the packet into the mixer bowl and then add the milk at room temperature. Then add oil and butter to this mixer and mix from the beater again and again. Beat the cake until the batter is a little creamy.

Then take a cake tin. Grease the cake tin with oil or butter. Pour the cake batter into it. Now tap this tin twice. Now take a pressure cooker. From this, remove the cooker ring and whistle. Now heat two cups of water in a pressure cooker. Then in this hot cooker let the cake bake better. Let the cake rise for 30 to 35 minutes. Let the bake on a slow gas flame.

It's 35 minutes now. The cake is ready. Now turn the cake upside down on a plate. Now spread chocolate syrup across the tin to decorate this cake. Now add icing sugar. Now garnish with Cadbury chocolate, gems and sprinklers.
