Mysore Pak

Whenever I make mysorepak I go back to my childhood days. My mother used to make it often and its my favorite sweet. Her mysorepak was perfect I cant make like her. I learnt this sweet from her but mine is always soft ... On this woman's day I am dedicating this sweet to my sweet mother whom I miss everyday.

Steps
- 1
Sieve the besan and fry in ghee for few minutes till the raw smell goes. Add sugar and water in kadai and bring it to boil till 1string consistency
- 2
Heat ghee and oil on the stove. Add besan to the sugar syrup and keep on stirring to avoid any lumps.
- 3
Time to time add ladle of ghee to the mysorepak mixture. Once the mixture condenses and we see the bubbles coming up. Transfer to greased plate immediately otherwise it will be hard. Give any shape using the knife when it is hot.
