Ingredients

500 gmsridge gourd
2onions chopped
1 tspred chilli powder
1/2 teaspoon of jeera
1/2 teaspoon haldi
as taste Salt
2 tbspoil

Steps

Wash and peel and cut ridge gourd into pieces

Take oil in a kadhai add jeera
Gradually add onion

After frying for 2 minutes
Add ridge gourd evaporate the water. After that add salt, red chilli powder haldi fry for another 5 minutes and it's done.
