Today I am sharing this vanilla sponge cake recipe in a simple way and hope all of you love it#BHC
Steps

At first sieve all dry ingredients and keep it aside

Beat eggs one by one and add sugar,oil, vanilla essence.

Mix all dry ingredients with wet ingredients

Grease a cake tin and keep a butter paper into the cake tin and put the cake batter following cut and fold method

Pre heat oven at 180 degree Celsius and bake the cake for 35 to 40 minutes

After baking cut the sponge carefully in two parts and spread sugar syrup or plain water

In the meantime beat whipped cream and keep it in the fridge

Now icing the sponge and spread fruit crash between the layers of two sponge and cramb coat the cake,keep into the fridge for sometimes.After sometime icing the cake again.

Now decorate upper part of the cake with edible decorative items
