I and my daughter made this lemon cake which is very soft and juicy. My family loved it. My daughter always encourages me to try new recipes and to bake. She motivates me every time. On this woman's day, I am dedicating this berry lemon cake to my daughter. We both enjoy baking and cooking new recipes.

Whisk butter and powdered sugar. Then add curd, oil, milk, and whisk. Add vanilla essence and 1/2 tsp yellow food colour and whisk. Sieve the flour, baking powder, and soda into a bowl. Add these dry ingredients to wet ingredients in a bowl. Add lemon zest and 5tbs lemon juice to the batter and whisk. Preheat microwave at 180 degrees. Pour the cake batter into the dusted tin and bake at 180 degrees for 45min.

Prepare cream cheese frost then apply on the cake. Decorate with strawberries and mulberries.
