Dice the chicken

Cut the vegetables into small pieces

Fry the chicken and veg in a pan until cooked

Bring a pot of water to a boil with a pinch of salt

Add your pasta to the pot and cook as per instructions

In a small pot melt your butter and add your garlic

Stir in your flour and cook until a blonde roux forms

Slowly add your milk and bring to a boil

Add in your spices and stir well

Slowly add in your cheese stiring constantly

To your chicken and veg add in your chicken stock and cook further

Strain your pasta

Heat the oven to 200°c

Add your cheese sauce to the frying pan and mix into the meat and veg

Stir in your pasta and make sure everything is coated

Add the mixture to an oven safe dish

Top with grated cheese, smoked paprika, sweet paprika, mixed herbs and creole seasoning

Bake in oven for 20mins until the top is golden

Once removed from oven allow to sit for about 20mins

Cut up and serve
