Ingredients

  1. 2Brown rice for
  2. 300 grchicken thigh or fillet cut into strips
  3. 1 packetThai wok veg about 350 gr
  4. About 200 gr pumpkin cut into cubes
  5. 3 tbmild green Thai curry paste 80gr
  6. 1small can light coconutmilk 165 gr
  7. 2 tbsunflower oil

Cooking Instructions

    Cook the rice according package

    In a wok fry the chicken in the oil for about 5 min.

    Add the veg and cook for 3 min

  4. 4

    Add the paste and stir well. Heat for 1 min

  5. 5

    Add the coconut milk and cook for 7 min

  6. 6

    Serve with the rice
