Take a kadhai add oil and put cumin, mustard, curry leaves, green chilies, and peanuts, and cook it for a min.

Now add onion and cook it till golden brown.

Now add potato, salt, and turmeric powder and cover it and cook it on low flame for 2mins.

Now add rinsed poha in it and mix it well.

Cook it for 5mins on low flame and garnish it with coriander leaves.
