Crispy Poha Bhaji

A superb snacking which is loved by my sister and also loved by all in family, so would like to dedicate this crispy snacks to my younger sister who loves to munch and satisfy small small hunger pangs.

Crispy Poha Bhaji

Clean flattened rice by dry straining to discard residue.

Finely chop onion, green chilli.

Dry roast peanuts and keep aside.

In moderately heated pan, add sufficient oil, add flattened rice and deep fry for few seconds. Flattened rice starts crackling and puffs up. Deep fry in batches, also fry red dry chilli and keep aside.

Transfer fried Poha to a mixing bowl.

Then add peanuts + chopped onion + green chilli + chopped coriander + salt and give a good mix. Crispy Poha Bhaji mixture is ready.

Garnish Bhaji with few peanuts, coriander, green chilli and serve with tea / coffee.
