Turai /ridge gourd peel chutney

Heat oil adds peels and fry till raw smell goes add sesame seeds, peanuts, coconut powder, green chilies, red chilli, continue frying.

Add garlic tamarind, curry leaves fry till the done turn off the flame. Cool it.

In mixi jar add fried ingredients add salt,jagarry and grind it to fine.

Chutney is ready to serve with rice and chapati.
