Ingredients

  • 1 cupcollected peels
  • 2green chillies
  • 1 sprigcurry leaves
  • 1red chilli dry
  • 1 Spoonsesame seeds
  • 1 Spoonpeanuts roasted
  • 1 spoondry coconut powder
  • 2garlic cloves
  • 2 Spoonsoil
  • 1 small piece tamrind
  • 1 spoonjagary
  • 1 Spooncoriander leaves
  • As Per TasteSalt

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat oil adds peels and fry till raw smell goes add sesame seeds, peanuts, coconut powder, green chilies, red chilli, continue frying.

  2. 2

    Add garlic tamarind, curry leaves fry till the done turn off the flame. Cool it.

  3. 3

    In mixi jar add fried ingredients add salt,jagarry and grind it to fine.

  4. 4

    Chutney is ready to serve with rice and chapati.
