Mixed Fruit Custard

Sharing a fantastic dessert which is a hot favourite of my sister-in-law ( bhabhi ) who encourages me in my passion for cooking. She is a wonderful home chef and motivates me to try a variety of dishes and she is the woman in my life who showers me with loads of love, affection, and appreciation.

Mixed Fruit Custard

Assemble all ingredients, mix custard powder into 4 tbsp milk and keep aside.

Put the milk to boil and wait for a rolling boil.

Add Sugar and simmer the milk for 5-6 minutes.

Now add custard mix and keep stirring to avoid lumps, keep stirring till bubbles arrive.
Lower flame, add Vanilla Essence, and cook for 3-4 minutes more. - 5
Mixture thickens, switch off the flame, and keep stirring while cooling. Custard is ready.

Transfer to a mixing bowl, let it come to room temperature, and refrigerate for 3-4 hours.

Cut fruits and mix fruits in chilled custard and mix nicely.

Garnish with a few fruits before serving and it's ready to Serve.

Tastes best when served chilled.
