The story behind making this cake is I had to make a birthday cake for my niece's birthday party but when I saw the cookpad 3 birthday celebration challenge I turned this simple cake into 1 digit number coz it's been almost 1 year of my cookpad journey where I have learnt a lot shared a lot n made many friends 🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰
That's the reason why I love this cake ☺️☺️💞💞💞

Ingredients

3basic vanilla sponge in square shape
Basic vanilla sponge
4 cupswhipped cream
1 cupchocolate chips
1 cupmilk + half cup condensed milk for soaking
Some marshmallows
Golden dust as required
Some star sprinkles
Few drops of pink and orange food colour

Steps

Cool the sponge completely then cut into desired shape I cut them into 1 number shape

Now mix milk with condensed milk and use it for soaking the sponge

Soak each layer use chocolate chips in filling and crumb coat your cake then apply the coloured cream and make boarders with M1 nozzle

Apply star sprinkles on each side and apply golden dust on marshmallows with brush 🖌️ then place these on the top and enjoy
