Roasted peanuts saute for a minutes n add chopped onion, green chillies, n curry leaves.

Mix it well n cook for a minutes add salt, batata mix it well n cook.

Add turmeric powder mix it nicely n cook for a minutes after that add poha,

Some Coriander keaves n mix it well add half lemon juice and Coriander leaves n cook for a five minutes, now our delicious healthy neutricious tasty n yummy batata poha is ready to serve.
