Steps

Sieve the poha.

Wash them thoroughly through a strainer.

Add all the spices like red chilli powder, turmeric powder,garam masala powder, salt and sugar over it

In a kadai,heat oil. Add chopped green chillies, mustard seeds, cumin seeds curry leaves. Saute for a minute. Add peanuts and saute for 3-4 minutes. Add onions, tomatoes and boiled potatoes. Cook till soft.

Add the washed poha. Mix well.

Serve hot with some mix farsan. Garnish with freshly chopped coriander leaves.
