Ingredients

20 Mins prep 45 Mins bake time

250 gMarie biscuits (for base)
1 teaspooncinnamon (For base)
100 gmelted butter (for base)
For filling-
500 gCream cheese
1/3 CupsCaster sugar
1/3 CupsSugar or Stevia (for health)
4Large eggs
1 teaspoonvanilla
1 tablespoonlemon juice

Line a circle shaped tin with baking paper and brush the sides with oil..

Crush Marie biscuits and cinnamon in a processor and then mix the butter in a separate bowl :).. When you’re done with that, put it in the freezer for 20 mins..

Preheat the oven to 180 c..

Now beat your cream cheese in a processor or by hand until smooth, next add your stevia, caster sugar, lemon juice and vanilla in, now stir those together.. After that then you beat in one egg at a time..

Next, pour the mix into your tin and put it in the oven for 45 minutes!
