To make the veg burger🍔.
Firstly take boiled potatoes mashed well mix coriander leaves black pepper salt to taste bread slice mix well until evenly combined. Shape the mixture into small /medium tikki. - 2
Now heat oil in a pan over medium flame. Fry until golden brown on both side.

Remove and keep aside

Take a bowl add veggies mix mayonnaise,cream fresh cream black pepper salt to taste mix well keep aside.

Take one half of the burger bun. Take a tawa spread butter. Roast the tawa

Take a roasted burger bun add 1tsp tomato ketchup spread well another bun add 1tsp green chilli tomato slice onion slice cucumber slice add mayonnaise salad.

Add aloo tikki.

Cover it with the other half of the burger bun. If drsired add some ketchup on top secure it with a toothpick if desire
