Yummy fried momo
My sister loves eating momos and I love cooking

Mix flour with water and little oil by putting salt in it

Let the dough rest till make chutney for momos

Take red chillies lahsun and ginger add dried coriander and blend in mixer

Now make filling for momos

At first grate carrot and cauliflower together

Put a kadhai or pan over gas and put oil in it just put grated vegetables

Now put spices.. add black pepper in mixture,some soya sauce,salt

Now let mixture cool down

Take out dough make sheet and add filling of vegetables

Now give sheets shape of momos as per your choice

Take oil in pan and let it heat when heated fry momos

Serve tasty and healthy momos with prepared chutney and enjoy evening with homemade momos
