  1. 400 gcream cheese
  2. 300 gdouble cream
  3. 15 gcake flour
  4. 50 gsugar
  5. 3eggs
  6. vanilla paste

    Let all chilled material rest in room temperature for about 20 minutes before start working on them, until soft and easy to mix

    Preheat oven 220C. This recipe is really easy, and it will be ready to send to oven in ten minutes

    Add the cream cheese in a large bowl, mix with sugar

  4. 4

    Add eggs in batches, one at a time

  5. 5

    Add flour, mix until smooth, then double cream, mix until smooth, then vanilla paste and mix until smooth.

    Cover baking paper around baking tin then pour all mixture to the tin

  7. 7

    Bake in the oven for about 45-60 minutes
