Ingredients

15servings
  • Peeled Beet Chunks (1med size)
  • Washed Diced Cucumber (2big)
  • Washed unpeeled Ginger(5tbs)
  • 3 litresWater

Steps

  1. 1

    Put each in a blender

  2. 2

    Blend beet with enough water, sieve, set aside

  3. 3

    Repeat for cucumber and ginger,set aside

  4. 4

    Now add all juice to a jar,mix well or use a clean blender to blend and mix it

  5. 5

    Garnish and stay healthy 🧡
