15servings

Peeled Beet Chunks (1med size)
Washed Diced Cucumber (2big)
Washed unpeeled Ginger(5tbs)
3 litresWater

Steps

Put each in a blender

Blend beet with enough water, sieve, set aside

Repeat for cucumber and ginger,set aside

Now add all juice to a jar,mix well or use a clean blender to blend and mix it

Garnish and stay healthy 🧡
