Ingredients

  • 400 gAngle Fillet
  • Salt & black peppercorns crushed for sprinkle on the fillets
  • Creamy Sauce;
  • 30 gSalted butter
  • 2 Garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tbsp mustard
  • 60 g Cream
  • 2 tbsps Lemon juice
  • A pinch of salt
  • Black Peppercorns, crushed
  • Parsley and lemon sliced for garnish

Steps

  1. 1

    Start with creamy sauce, mix all ingredients together. Then put in microwave for 1 minutes.

  2. 2

    Hake fillets, sprinkle salt and black pepper both sides. Place into the baking tray. Pour all over with the creamy sauce.

    Bake at 180 degrees celsius for 15 - 20 mins. Serve with Veggies Flan.
