Steps

Separate cream from biscuits and transfer to a separate bowl.

Pre heat over oven or assembled oven like kadhai / cooker. Grease bowls /moulds and keep aside.

Break the biscuits and Churn the biscuits in mixer grinder into a smooth fine powder. Take a mixing bowl, take Oreo mixture and start adding milk, now add fruit salt and mix nicely, a medium consistency is required (ribbon like consistency)

Now pour 3/4th part of bowl into greased bowls and bake for 25 -30 minutes, let it cool down to room temperature.

After cooling, de mould and cut into two halves. Add milk in the separated cream and whisk well. Whisk for few minutes, cream will turn fluffy. Refrigerate for 20 minutes.

Make a sugar syrup of 4 tbsp water + 1.5 tbsp sugar.

Cut cake into two halves, brush sugar syrup on cake sponge, spread a layer of cream, sprinkle chocolate shaves, place the other half and press gently. Apply cream on surface, decorate with cream as per choice, place cherries and sprinkle chocolate shaves. Cup Cakes is ready.
