Ingredients

serves 4 servin
  • 1 cupsemolina
  • 1big onion
  • 1tomato
  • 4 tbsp green peas
  • 1Carrot
  • 5,6green and red chillies
  • 2tbsp desi ghee
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • as per tasteSalt
  • as requiredChopped cashwes
  • as requiredChopped coariander
  • Pinchsugar
  • as requiredShev for garnishing
  • 3 cuphot boiling water

Steps

  1. 1

    In thick bottom pan, dry roast semolina.keep aside.

  2. 2

    Now in another pan add ghee. Once hot add cumin seeds, green chillies.saute add onion saute till transculent.add all vegetables gradually.

  3. 3

    Now add hot boiling water,add salt,sugar,lemon juice. Cahwes.add semolina with continuous stirring. Cover it with lid cook for 7 to 9 minutes.

  4. 4

    Serve hot garnishing with chopped coriander and sev.enjoy your day.
